1. Kate Gown Fashion

(Applicable to dresses, gowns, cheongsams, and other types of clothing.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 10 DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA)
-Postage is to be borne by the customer to & fro in the event of an exchange.
-Kate Gown provides returns for all items except SALE/Discounted(All accessories and intimate apparel and more, are non-returnable).
-Exchange can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
     1. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
     2. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 5-7 working days.
     3. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria s will be strictly declined and forfeited.
     4. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
     5. We shall not be held liable for the damage on the goods due to your carelessness or mishandling of the goods.
 
Sales Item 
The items for sale may exhibit minor flaws or characteristics typical of second-hand items, such as loose threads, snagged fabric, or small holes. These imperfections are not significant and do not detract from the overall appearance of the item. They are not considered defects, and therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Additionally, promotional items may have size variations since they are surplus stock from the warehouse.

(Applicable to heels and shoes.)

Thank you for choosing Kate Mosella. Please note the following before placing your purchase details:

-Our designs are customized to suit your preferences, the creation of a pair of Kate Mosella shoes undergoes a detailed and cautious process, any changes shall not be accepted after the payment, hence we request you to be specific and careful in your order.
-As each pair of Kate Mosella shoes are designed to suit your preferences, sub sales or refund are not possible.
-Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement and/ or computer settings. Modification of part is required to ensure proper fitment.
-Any refund or exchange with the reasons of “not similar to the drawing”, “I do not think it is beautiful”, “it is not wonderful when I wear it” and others shall not be accepted.
-Kate Mosella will not be able to provide any picture of your ordered custom shoes/ ready-to-wear. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement and/ or computer settings.
-Please inform our staff before placement of order if you are wearing pantyhose and /or stockings and /or had applied lotion or any topical preparations to your feets as this will affect the product fitting.
-Considering the limitation of the material in the market, the material may not be completely similar to the drawing. If you have any questions, do feel free to ask our customer service support.
-Should you have any queries on our designs, be it material nor size, we welcome them. Please contact us so we could advise you accordingly.
-Deposit/payment will not be transferrable, refundable nor exchangeable.
-We will not responsible for any injuries and damages caused during your wearing period.
-No amendment is allowed after placement of order.

-Ready made purchased are eligible for exchange based on available sizes in the inventory.
-Exchange can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  * Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.

Clearance / Defective Sales Item 
-Defective items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
*include products that have been stored for quite some time and may have some defects. However, we cannot guarantee the lifetime of these products after purchase.
-Please confirm your measurement before placing an order.
-The management reserves the rights to reject any returns / exchanges at our discretion.
